Overdue Update

I have been a little bit behind in getting my blog updated. I really didn't think anyone read it... but really, the threatening emails can now stop!

DH woke up one morning, and decided it would be a perfect day to do something in the yard, and got Quinn to help. Oh wait, he decided to rip out my deck stairs!!!! For his garage that we don't have yet! I guess he was anxious to start?

Quinn mostly just digging up bugs...

DH also ripped out the spice garden to make room for his "vision"

Last Saturday, we decided to go for a visit to the wildlife park. Shawn was nice enough to tell me that he invited my parents along. I guess that is why they like him more than me... LOL

So bad mom moment here:
I was coming in the house the other day with four bags of groceries on my left hand, and keys, Charlie, and my purse on the right. I set down everything in my right hand, and run into the kitchen to get rid of the grocery bags. Since Charlie fell on a step a few months ago, she has been staying away from them completely. Well, she decided to take this 10 seconds to quickly scramble up a few, and then fall down even quicker! I ran back and grabbed her up.  She was ok, but ended up with a bit of a shiner. I think she forgot all about it, because yesterday she did it again, but \i caught her that time

A shiner can't ruin that beauty

 Ok, I am about as low maintenance as anyone could be. I don't do anything to my hair normally, just wash, comb, and go. I get a haircut about once or twice a year. Thanks to grouo deals, today I also got some foils, and an hour long blow out, for a very good deal.
